Our Sales Call is a short, friendly meeting designed to help you discover if our programs are the right fit for your goals. It’s not a high-pressure sales pitch — just a chance to learn more and ask questions.

What happens during the Sales Call?

We’ll discuss your current English level, goals, availability, and what you’d like to achieve. You’ll also learn about our lesson options, pricing, and how the membership system works.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Not at all! Just bring your questions and an idea of what you’d like to improve — whether that’s speaking confidence, work communication, or general fluency.

How long is the Sales Call?

It usually lasts 30 minutes. This gives us enough time to get to know you and explain the next steps without taking too much of your day.

What happens after the Sales Call?

If you decide to move forward, we’ll guide you in choosing the best membership plan and help you book your Methodology Session, which is the next step in your journey.

What is a Methodology Session?

Your Methodology Session is the first official step in your learning journey. It’s a structured, personalized assessment where we determine your English level, set clear goals, and design your learning plan.

What happens during this session?

You’ll complete a few short speaking and comprehension tasks, and we’ll discuss your strengths, challenges, and objectives. By the end, you’ll have a customized roadmap and the confidence to begin your lessons.

How long does it take?

The Methodology Session lasts around 45 minutes, giving enough time for assessment, goal-setting, and Q&A.

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

No preparation is required — just make sure you’re in a quiet place with a stable internet connection and ready to speak naturally.

What happens after my Methodology Session?

We’ll send you your personalized learning plan, along with your first lesson materials and booking link. From there, your regular classes will begin based on your chosen schedule and membership.

Can I reschedule or cancel a class?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel lessons through your student account, as long as you do so up to 1 hour in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a completed class.
